What happens if the employee is not a good fit?
We ensure that our clients and employees are fully satisfied with the services we provide. Because of this, we give a three-month trial. If for some reason it is not a good fit, we will make the necessary changes and contribute another candidate to our clients, with no additional cost.
What equipment is provided?
We provide everything needed for an efficient and optimal working environment, which includes a quality laptop, second screen and headset. If something else is needed, our clients can let us know and we can provide it to the employees.
How long does it take to find a team member?
We pride ourselves in having time reduced processes, and it varies depending on the position but usually, a worst-case scenario is around three and a half weeks from signing the contract to the start date.
What positions can be filled with an RTM?
Any position that doesn't require someone to be physically there can be filled. Usually, we are requested to search for Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representative, Bookkeeper, and Accounts Payable / Receivable Analyst.
Where will my team member live?
They will be primarily based in Guadalajara, the second largest city in Mexico, with a great source of talent, same time zones and direct flights. As the team grows, the co workers will be able to meet each other, train together and develop a great working relationship. Plus, they can come to our offices to work and if you decide to meet them physically, they are all located in the same place.
